ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jeremy Mast - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Assist with incoming calls and processing payments.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Must be willing to obtain a Property/Casualty insurance license.
- Ideal candidate will be able to work M-F 12pm-5pm
